Counselor Serving San Antonio, Texas
Let’s TalkMy office is in Fair Oaks Ranch, just outside San Antonio, where people can get to a quieter practice without crossing the city for every appointment. The drive is straightforward from the northwest side of San Antonio and the I-10 corridor.
Some people prefer not to see their counselor in the neighborhood where they work, shop, or run into friends. Being a short drive outside the city gives you a little more privacy while keeping the office close enough for regular in-person sessions.
The drive, and where you will park
From northwest San Antonio, take I-10 toward the Fair Oaks Ranch exit and then continue a short distance to Building 3, Suite 3201. From other parts of the city, the drive varies, but the office is easy to reach from the interstate.
Parking is free and directly outside the door. That small practical detail matters when you are trying to arrive with enough attention left for the appointment itself.
What people come in for
People come from San Antonio with anxiety, depression, addiction and the years after stopping, relationship problems, grief, anger, and the feeling that a life has changed shape without a clear way forward.
I work with adults, individually and as couples. You do not need a diagnosis and you do not need to have worked out what the real problem is before you call.
How I work
I practise Gestalt therapy, which in plain terms means we work with what is happening now, as it happens, rather than spending the hour analysing your history from a safe distance. It is a conversation, though a more attentive one than usual.
The work is practical and personal. We pay attention to what you are doing in the room, what keeps happening in your relationships, and what becomes possible when you can meet those patterns directly.
In-person or by video
For many people in San Antonio, the Fair Oaks Ranch office is close enough for an in-person appointment without the feel of a downtown clinic. If the drive does not fit your week, secure video sessions are also available in Texas.
The first phone call is free and carries no obligation, including no obligation to book anything at the end of it.
