Anxiety counseling
Anxiety can feel like being constantly braced for something, even when there is no immediate danger. It may affect sleep, concentration, relationships, or the ordinary decisions that used to feel manageable. Counseling offers space to notice what is happening and understand how it is affecting your life.
The work is not about dismissing the feeling or telling you to think positively. We pay attention to your experience as it shows up and explore what you need, at a pace that makes sense for you.
Depression counseling
Depression can mean persistent low mood, losing interest in things that mattered, or feeling slowed down and disconnected from other people. It does not look the same for everyone, and you do not have to find the perfect words for it before starting a conversation.
Counseling makes room to describe what you are experiencing without reducing you to a label. We can talk about whether the way I work fits what you are looking for during the first phone call.
How I work
I practise Gestalt therapy. In plain terms, that means working with what is happening now—in your life and in the room—rather than treating your history as the only explanation for what you feel. The aim is greater awareness of your experience and choices, not a promise of a particular outcome.

There is one in-person office: 8000 Fair Oaks Pkwy. Ste 3201, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX 78015. It is about fifteen minutes from Boerne via I-10, and parking is free outside the building. This is the Fair Oaks Ranch office, not a second location in Boerne.
Appointments are available monday–friday, noon–8pm. If travel is difficult, secure video sessions are available while you are physically located in Texas. The first phone call is free, and new clients are self-pay.
